Dear Prospective Dealer,

When evaluating whether your business qualifies for Dealer status you will fall into one of two categories:
1) A brand new business just beginning or business changing retail category.
2) An established business in the hobby industry.

Category 1

  1. Operate a hobby shop/toy store in a commercially zoned business area with a business telephone listing.
  2. Complete and return a signed Dealer Application ( Form A pg 1)
  3. Complete and return a signed Request for Bank Credit information (Form A page 2). All new accounts will default to COD-Cash if no information is provided.
  4. Provide a photocopy of the company's State business license.
  5. If you are a new business, we require store photos showing the inside and outside, showing merchandise and signage for your business.
    * Reminder: Companies must inform Century Helicopter Products of a change of address or change of ownership of the business. Upon change of ownership, we must receive a new dealer application before continuing regular business.

Category 2

  1. Complete and return a signed Dealer Application ( Form A pg 1).
  2. Complete the and return a signed Request for Bank Credit information ( Form A pg 2 ). All new accounts will default to COD-CASH if no information is provided.
  3. Provide a photocopy of the company's State business license.
  4. Provide some simple business information to help us better serve your company. (Example: contact at store, number of employees.)
